Über Collin_Stanley

Collin Stanley is a musician and producer best known for huge rock hooks and guitar-driven anthems. Collin got his start in his native Detroit, where his solid musicianship and outsized personality allowed him to meld into the city’s thriving garage rock scene. He performed with numerous bands and collaborated with some of Detroit’s world-class musicians before relocating to New York City. Opportunity was waiting for him there, as he began producing and playing on records with new cohorts, as well as forming the group DDWhite. Appearances for nationally recognized publications including Paste and Daytrotter would follow. After years of playing the role of collaborator, Collin announced the launch of his first solo effort in 2020 with the EP ‘Can’t Go Home.’ Filled with fuzzy lead guitars and spacey atmospherics, the music encapsulates Collin’s raw emotive experiences informed by life in Detroit and New York City. With an accompanying video to be released in the spring of 2020, ‘Can’t Go Home’
